I have tried keeping a journal before and have lacked the discipline to keep it going. Perhaps this new venue will change that. This is not a record of my daily experiences. Rather it is a place to record things that interest me and means to help me improve my writing. Comments are encouraged, so long as they are civil. I believe that disagreement can be useful but I also believe in courtesy and in disciplined expression.
